'I AM LATINA' ESSAY CONTEST

Latina Magazine and Shebooks, a new e-book publisher of great stories by and for women, are sponsoring a nonfiction writing contest. Your essay must be nonfiction, not previously published or a finalist for any other writing prize or award, and between 500 and 1200 words. We’re looking for an essay about a moment when you connected with your roots that the reader won’t want to put down!
